Custom Orders

We love to create personalised, custom designs for the special people in your life! Most of the designs on our website came from custom orders and gifts that we designed hand-in-hand with our customers, refining the design by creating (sometimes, multiple) drafts until it was perfect.

To order a custom frame design, please include the following information:

  1. A detailed description of the design, including the colour of the flowers,
  2. The colour and size of the frame,
  3. The colour of the vinyl for any requested personalisation on the front glass of the frame,
  4. The requested personalisation, 
  5. When you would like the frame delivered to you by. 

We will reach out to discuss the details and provide an estimate based on the information you have provided. We will also show a draft copy of the design before we start making it to ensure that you are happy with the design as we do not provide refunds due to a change of mind once the order is completed.
