Shipping policy

All orders are sent via Australia Post.

 

Current processing times are between 5-7 business days, plus the postage time. Once your order is packed and sent off, we will send you confirmation via email or text.

 

Public Holidays may increase processing times.

 

All items are made to order. While we will do our absolute best to ship orders quickly and efficiently, we always encourage you to place orders well before the time you need it to avoid any unwanted or uncontrollable delays. We are not liable for delays in shipping that occur during holiday periods as that is based on Australia Post's processing times.
